HR Manager ASIA REGIONAL OFFICE

Reporting to the Director Human Resources & Operations the HR Manager is primarily responsible for management and execution HR strategy, processes and systems related to Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Development, Data management and Welfare activities. HR Manager will have administrative responsibilities and will oversee administrative function.  

Primary Duties:

Recruitment & selection:

  • Support Director HR in manpower requirement analysis & plan and sourcing strategies.
  • Advertise jobs vacancies on various sources identified.
  • Shortlist & recommend relevant applicants to Line Managers for interview.
  • Coordinate interviews & related logistics.
  • Facilitate in the selection process.
  • Manage post selection process & documentation.
  • Provide recruitment MIS and other recruitment information & statistics.
  • CV database management.
  • Induction and orientation of new employees.

Performance management: Support Director HR to manage the Performance Management System including:

  • Annual goal setting process. 
  • Mid year and annual year review.
  • Documentation and feedback process.

Compensation & benefits:

  • Compensation program administration.
  • Support in designing new compensation & benefit program.

Staff Training & Development:

  • Support in identifying training requirement.
  • Facilitate training execution & management.

Employee data management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR information
  • provide employee related MIS & reports.

Design and execute employee programs for recreation & motivation.

Implement all HR policies related to employee separation, conflict & grievance management, oversee leave & attendance management etc.

Supervise the activities of Administration function and ensure efficient execution of key administrative tasks related to estate, office facilities and equipment.

 

Required Education, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience as HR Generalist preferably in the nonprofit and international environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with professionals at different levels & geographical settings, including colleagues, partners, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while working as a part of a team.
  • Ability to work on sourcing multiple candidates concurrently; experience with behavioral interviewing preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment law desirable.  Strong computer skills required, to include a proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as the ability to conduct extensive research via the Internet.
