How We Work

Research & Analysis

Promoting gender equality and womenʼs empowerment throughout the value chain is not only the right thing to do for today’s private and public sector leaders, but it makes business sense: it can increase productivity, enhance growth, reduce risk and positively impact brand and goodwill.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Capacity Building

ICRW helps clients learn the skills they need to advance gender equality within their organization, agency or company. Through on-site or virtual training and individualized mentoring, ICRW helps clients improve their knowledge and skills to design evidence-based gender programming, integrate gender equality strategies into existing policy and programming and craft and implement M&E plans for their gender programs or initiatives.
