This conversation guide aims to provide a resource to enable male managers in garment factories to gain a deeper understanding of gender equity topics and to challenge any of their previously held biases or attitudes that may be harmful towards women workers. This guide is intended to serve as a gender equity resource for brands and suppliers and to be facilitated by an external expert with knowledge about gender topics. It can be used on its own or used alongside additional gender equity programming efforts that have been implemented by the brand or supplier. This conversation guide outlines key messages, thought-provoking and reflective questions, and resources for users of this guide to engage in honest conversations about gender equity at work.
